• When Installing a new Regulator/Rectifier (R/R):

  1. Select the correct type and output model of R/R
  2. Check correct Battery is Fitted and performing at 100%
  3. Check Charging system (incl. Coil) is operating at 100%
  4. Check the stator coil for grounding and correct output
  5. Tit to the bike in accordance to OEM specs and guidelines
  6. Apply Heat Transfer Compound to the base of the R/R when mounting to the frame
  7. Check that cooling ventilation is adequate
