Note: Manufacturing tolerances across different batches of forks made by Ceriani and Marzocchi may have resulted in different damping piston to fork clearances from one year to the next. Because of the 30+ years of wear you may find that the internal parts of your fork fit straight into the tube, but these fork tubes are designed to be 0.15 - 0.3mm smaller internal diameter than your existing worn or bent tubes. This allows you to reduce the damping piston diameter to achieve a 0.002" clearance and restore the original performance of your suspension.
