IMPORTANT: Ignitech CDI ignition modules are most often designed primarily to have its power supplied from a low voltage AC generator, but with variations of this unit it is also possible to be powered from DC 12 V battery supply.
Ignitech produce 3 types of capacitive type ignitions with sub categories according to the bike’s power supply. 

• Only DC 12 V powered (need battery) - DCCDI, DCCDIP, DCCDIP2, DCCDIP4
• Low voltage AC generator or DC powered - ADCCDI. ADCCDIP, DCCDIP1 race
• High voltage AC generator powered - ACCDI, ACCDIP

It is important to give as much information about your existing ignition and bike model as possible when ordering.

SPARKER DC-CDI-P2 (Race)
Programmable 3 Input/4 Output channel capacitive ignition for motorbikes supplied by 12 V. It has a sealed connector, compared to most systems that use open type connectors. The crimping of the pins in this connector is completed by the manufacturer and is offered as a Basic Race Harness of length 1.3m.

SPARKER DC-CDI-P2 (Race) has advanced race functions including input for gear position sensor, with revolution and TPS regulation of the advance.

This type of ignition is used for multi-cylinder race motorcycles.

SPARKER DC-CDI-P2(Race) ignition is equipped with 3 inputs for pickup, input for throttle position sensor, two multifunctional switch inputs (for blocking, kill switch, retard), output for tachometer, two multifunction switch outputs (for fuel pump relay, gear shift light), outputs for servomotor. 


This ignition is fully programmable by software DCCDIP2.EXE. Software includes advance map or curve, options for blocking, revolution limiter, servo. The DCCDIP2 software is conformable to TCIP4 software.


The ignition unit is in plastic box 85x67x26 mm with 20-pin grey connector.

5K Ohm Resistor plug caps are required to avoid damage to the Ignition unit.
