The diagram shows you what handlebar terms like "Rise" and "Pullback" stand for. To measure rise lay your bars upside down on a flat surface and measure to the bottom of the crown, width is straightforward and pullback is also best measured by placing the bars "front face" down on a flat surface and measuring upwards from the bench to the tip of the bars.
