Do not use ordinary o-rings to seal brake fluid! 

Always install with Red Rubber Grease used sparingly to the o-ring only. Never apply grease to the piston.

Also suitable for applications with hot water and steam up to 150°C(300°F), glycol based brake fluids up to 150°C(300°F), cleaning agents, soda and potassium alkalis, silicone oil and grease, alcohols, ketones, esters, phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids
