The Ignitech TCI Ignition replaces both ignition modules of the Honda VF1000 and has matching loom connectors for plug-and-play operation. It is pre-programmed and the prugram cannot be adjusted

This Ignitech TCI ignition module can be used to replace the 'black box ignition' in most European and Japanese bikes while still using the manufacturer's original induction type pickups. The Custom Connection Cable that comes with this unit is configured to plug directly into the bike's original wiring loom with a pre-programmed dyno developed ignition curve and rev limiter specifically for the Honda 1000VF RE.  Generic multi-pin spade connectors are fitted so it can be a simple installation to your existing wiring in most instances.

The ignition unit is constructed in a plastic box 85x67x26 mm with a 20-pin connector.

5K Ohm Resistor plug caps, or resistor (R type) plugs are required to avoid damage to the Ignition unit. (but don't use both together)
